Senior OT System Engineer

We're looking for a Senior OT Systems Engineer to take ownership of day-to-day operations, maintenance, incident resolution, and system improvements within a critical Operational Technology (OT) environment. You'll work across operating systems, databases, infrastructure, virtualisation, and specialised control-room technologies to keep key operational systems stable, secure, and high-performing.

What You Will Do

• Manage daily operations of the Distribution Management System (DMS) and related OT platforms.
• Investigate incidents and problems, design solutions, test fixes, and implement them following ICT operational processes.
• Analyse system behaviours, architecture, and integrations across the OT landscape.
• Evaluate new requests and propose feasible technical solutions.
• Support cross-functional teams in designing or validating OT/infrastructure solutions.
• Follow up with external vendors to ensure timely and correct delivery.
• Contribute to system upgrades, integration activities, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Apply high standards of safety, accuracy, and structure given the criticality of the OT environment.

What are we looking for?

• Je hebt minimaal
  5 jaar ervaring
  als systeembeheerder in een ICT infrastructuur omgeving.
• Je hebt aantoonbare ervaring op systeemingenieur niveau met
  Unix/Linux/Windows systemen
  .
• Je hebt ervaring met
  control room visualisation software
  en systemen.
• Je hebt ervaring met ICT infrastructuur oplossingen.
• Je hebt ervaring met netwerken.
• Je hebt ervaring met scripting op Linux en Windows systemen (Powershell, Python, VBS).
• Je hebt ervaring met thin clients en thin client beheersystemen.
• Je hebt ervaring met
  VMWare esxi
  & vcenter.
• Je hebt operationele ervaring als systeembeheerder van Linux servers, bij voorkeur Red Hat (minimaal
  2 jaar
  ervaring).
• Je hebt operationele ervaring als systeembeheerder van Windows servers (minimaal
  5 jaar
  ervaring).
• Je hebt operationele kennis van en ervaring met virtualisatie.
• Je hebt ervaring in de energiesector en met OT systemen.
• Je bent
  Nederlands
  taalvaardig op Europees CEFR-niveau C2.
• Ervaring met
  PowerOn Advantage
  is een pluspunt.
