Job Description

We are seeking
two Business Analysts
to join our Global Business Operations (GBO) team as part of a
global MES project for computer-assisted vaccine production
. These roles range from
mid-level to senior
, with one position focused more on
continuous improvement projects
alongside recurring tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and deploy MES solutions using Siemens OpCenter Execution Pharma.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (automation, IT, QA, production) to gather requirements and deliver tailored MES functionalities.
• Provide support for daily team operations.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within MES processes.
• Collaborate on design and optimization of batch records using Siemens OpCenter Pharma.
• Assess business impact of issues related to pharmaceutical processes and batch records.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Profile

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• As from 3 years of experience in MES implementation, preferably with Siemens OpCenter.
• Strong knowledge of Siemens Opcenter Pharma (formerly SIMATIC IT eBR).
• Understanding of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with Siemens MES, including batch record design (comfortable, not necessarily expert level).
• Ability to evaluate business impact of technical issues.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
