Business Analyst - wero implementation (cards project) Join a leading digital bank at the ForeFront of innovation in payment solutions. Our client is seeking a Business Analyst (Cards) to support the rollout of Wero, a next-generation peer-to-peer payment initiative designed to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency across digital channels. 📍 Location: Brussels, Belgium 🗓️ Start Date: ASAP 🗣️ Languages: French or English required; Dutch is a plus 📄 Contract Type: Full-time Responsibilities Create and document detailed User Stories for Wero implementation, covering both onboarding and peer-to-peer flows Conduct functional testing of user stories and ensure quality delivery within Agile sprints Coordinate and align workstreams between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless project execution Handle incident management by investigating bugs, identifying root causes, and liaising with third-party vendors for resolution Contribute to the improvement of processes, documentation, and solution design in collaboration with the project team Requirements Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in banking or payment systems Strong analytical mindset with the ability to write precise and actionable user stories Autonomous, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively Excellent communication and coordination skills for cross-team collaboration Solution-oriented and proactive in resolving issues and improving workflows Stress-resistant, able to perform in dynamic and fast-paced environments Apply today and play a key role in bringing the Wero initiative to life—driving innovation in digital payments and customer engagement across Europe.
