Test Engineer

We are currently seeking motivated Test Engineer to join our team. By joining us, you'll be part of a leading company that is shaping the future of hybrid transmission technology.

We are looking for a highly motivated and skilled Test Engineer to join our Validation team. In this role, you will be responsible for the test management of a specific part or module one of our products.

Responsibilities

• Convert concrete test requests into test procedures and test equipment.

• Convert abstract test needs into real test plans.

• Ensure the execution of a part of the extended product design validation test plan and you make sure the agreed milestones are being met.

• Convert the mid-long term planning in weekly planning and solve roadblocks which endanger the progress in order to ensure high efficiency.

• Prepare, coordinate, perform (data) analysis and reporting of development tests.

• Work together with different disciplines to solve possible roadblocks.

• Help to work towards quality requirements as described in ISO 17025.

Qualifications

Background:

• Master in Automotive, Electro-Mechanical with a strong interest for automotive or equivalent by experience

• Experience in the field of automotive testing and testing facilities.

• Experience with Hybrid Powertrains and Automatic Transmission is an advantage

• Experience in technically leading a team
