Required level of additional language – English, French (would be a plus)

Experience /Skill details (in years) :

• Over all experience - 10+ years MES / Manufacturing IT in GMP pharma/biotech
• Relevant experience - Proven Agile/SAFe project delivery in digital transformation, Excellent stakeholder management & communication across Manufacturing, Quality, IT, Engineering
• Mandatory skill required – Mendix / low-code platform experience
• Good to have skills – Proven Agile/SAFe project delivery in digital transformation

JOB SUMMARY

1. As part of the ongoing Medix MES initiative at GSK R&D, there is a clear need for an experienced Tech Product Owner to support the successful delivery of the program.
2. This role is critical due to the complexity of the MES landscape, which spans multiple manufacturing sites and requires close coordination between business stakeholders, technical teams, and external partners. The Tech Product Owner will be responsible for:
3. Gathering and translating business requirements into actionable technical deliverables.
4. Writing clear and structured user stories that reflect the needs of GSK R&D and align with the MES solution roadmap.
5. Managing and prioritizing the product backlog, ensuring alignment with program milestones and business priorities.
6. Given the strategic importance and the need for regional coordination, placing a Tech Product Owner in Belgium will help ensure timely execution and alignment with GSK’s digital manufacturing goals.
