Business Analyst

Overview:

Our client, a leading logistics company in the Antwerp region, is seeking a freelance Business Analyst to support strategic and operational initiatives. This role offers a hybrid working model with on-site collaboration twice a week.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze business processes and identify improvement opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and document requirements
• Translate business needs into functional specifications
• Support implementation of digital and operational solutions
• Monitor KPIs and provide actionable insights

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in logistics or supply chain
• Strong analytical and communication skills
• Proficiency in data tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI)
• Fluent in English; Dutch or French is a plus
• Available for hybrid work in Antwerp region
