Key Responsibilities
- Analyse and discuss lithography process development requests.
- Design, execute, and analyse experiments to optimize lithography performance.
- Deliver high-quality lithography processes for internal programs and customer projects.
- Collaborate with the mask design team to create lithography design rules and provide data for new test mask design and tape-out.
- Define and lead process, equipment, and material development projects in collaboration with equipment and material suppliers, working in cross-functional and cross-company teams.
- Document and transfer lithography processes to the pilot production line.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Master’s degree in electrical engineering, materials science, nanotechnology, physics, or another relevant field.
- Experience in semiconductor manufacturing and knowledge of lithography are strong assets.
- Familiarity with CD and overlay metrology is highly valued.
- Strong analytical skills combined with empathy and the ability to communicate fact-based insights to a wide range of stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently while taking initiative and ownership of your tasks.
- A collaborative, enthusiastic team player who can influence, engage, and motivate others.
- Self-motivated, innovative, and results driven.
- Comfortable working in a multicultural environment and fluent in both written and spoken English
