Financial Controller

🌍 Contract Financial Controllers – Belgium-based, Global Finance Transformation Project

A leading international group is expanding its Finance function and hiring experienced Financial Controllers (Contract Roles, Belgium-based) to strengthen reporting and compliance during a major transformation project.

As a Financial Controller (Contractor), you’ll be responsible for:

• Overseeing financial operations and month-end close activities
• Ensuring timely and compliant IFRS/statutory reporting
• Acting as the link between local finance, group operations, and auditors
• Supporting process improvements, compliance, and governance initiatives

What we’re looking for:

✔ Belgium-based candidates only

✔ Degree in Accounting / Finance (RA, ACCA, CPA, or CA preferred)

✔ 8+ years’ experience in Finance, including audit background

✔ Strong IFRS knowledge and understanding of local GAAP

✔ Familiarity with Workday or OneStream is a plus

✔ Excellent communication skills and a hands-on approach
