🔍 Your role: essential at every production stage

As a Senior Production Operator, you’ll oversee critical production operations and ensure quality results.

Your tasks will include:

• 🔧 Preparing and connecting equipment (filters, pumps, centrifuges, etc.)
• 🧫 Performing production operations: filtering, centrifuging, suspending plasma fractions
• ✅ Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and quality procedures
• 🧽 Handling equipment cleaning and sanitization (automated and manual)
• 📄 Completing GMP-compliant documentation
• 🤝 Supporting teammates, training new colleagues, and contributing to improvements

👤 Your profile

• 🎓 A1/A2 level in chemistry, biochemistry, pharmacy or equivalent through experience
• 💼 Previous experience in a similar function is a plus
• 💻 Solid knowledge of MS Office
• 🗣️ Fluent in Dutch or French, with a good understanding of the second language
• 🎯 Detail-oriented, structured, proactive, and a strong team player
• 📆 Willing to work in 2 shifts, including weekends
