As a Teamleader AP in Antwerp, you will guide an ambitious Accounts Payable team within a dynamic manufacturing environment. Your responsibilities as a Teamleader AP : Manage and develop a team of 6 AP professionals, fostering engagement and performance Oversee daily AP activities to ensure accuracy and timeliness Drive process improvements and workflow automation Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal controls Collaborate closely with Inside Sales, Treasury, IT, and other finance peers About you : You have 3+ years' experience in leading a transactional accounting team You hold a degree in Accounting or Finance You are fluent in English and Dutch, with solid VAT knowledge You're organized, solution-oriented, and skilled in stakeholder management Experience with Microsoft D365 or ...
