Your Main Responsibilities
As a Store Manager, you are responsible for your store’s performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Your key duties will include:
- Driving commercial performance indicators (sales, average basket, conversion rate, etc.)
- Managing, training, and developing your team on a daily basis
- Overseeing store operations: stock, schedules, merchandising, visual standards, procedures
- Ensuring an outstanding customer experience and impeccable store presentation
- Acting as the liaison between your team and headquarters, embodying KIKO MILANO’s values
- Actively participating in store life as the lead seller and team motivator
The Profile We’re Looking For
- You have proven experience in team management within retail (minimum 3 years)
- You are results-driven and skilled at managing performance indicators
- You are exemplary, organized, proactive, and have a strong sense of service
- You are passionate about the beauty industry, dynamic, and enthusiastic
