As Microsoft 365 Support Technician, you support the rollout and smooth operation of Microsoft 365 platforms. You’re the bridge between users and IT, making sure every ticket, update and issue gets solved with precision and care 🧠

This is a great opportunity for a recent graduate or junior IT professional to grow within an international team 🌍


What you’ll do

• You manage incoming support tickets and direct them to the right solution path 🎫

• You assist local IT teams and end users with collaboration platform issues.

• You contribute to platform rollouts and new feature deployments

• You deliver short training sessions and share best practices. You help improve daily operations and user experience across Microsoft 365.


Must-haves • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience 🎓

• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 (Teams, SharePoint, Exchange, OneDrive, Power Platform)

• Strong communication and customer service mindset 💬

• Analytical, eager to learn and hands-on in problem solving


Nice-to-haves

• Experience with ticketing systems

• Understanding of collaboration workflows and business processes

• Experience in training or knowledge sharing
