The Role
We are looking for a Finance Manager to play a key role in structuring and scaling our finance function as the company grows internationally.
You will be responsible for day-to-day financial operations, monthly reporting, cash flow monitoring, and supporting strategic financial planning in close collaboration with the COO.
This is a hands-on and high-visibility role, ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced, scale-up environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Own monthly financial closing and management reporting (P&L, cash flow, balance sheet)
- Build and maintain financial dashboards and performance reports to support decision-making
- Monitor cash flow, working capital, and optimize financial processes to support growth
- Coordinate with external accountants, auditors, and advisors
- Manage daily financial operations, including accounting coordination, invoicing, and payments
- Support budget preparation, rolling forecasts, and variance analysis
- Partner with business teams (Operations, Marketing, Product) to align financial tracking with business performance
- Contribute to building and improving internal financial controls and processes
- Support the implementation of short-term investment strategies to optimize cash management
- Support Board Meetings Preparation
Profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in Finance, FP&A, or Audit/Controlling (experience in a scale-up or startup environment is a plus)
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills
- Excellent knowledge of accounting and financial reporting principles
- Experience working with external accounting providers and ERP or finance tools
- Highly organized with a strong sense of ownership and attention to detail
- Comfortable in fast-moving, ambiguous environments
- Fluent in English (French or Dutch is a plus)
