Senior Java Developer

is looking for an experienced
Senior Java Developer
to join one of our clients in the Financial Services sector, based in Brussels.

You'll play a key role in designing and developing high-performance enterprise

applications within an Agile team. If you're passionate about building robust, scalable systems and enjoy mentoring others, this opportunity is for you.

What You'll Do

• Design, develop, and maintain modern Java applications.
• Translate functional needs into reliable technical solutions.
• Improve and optimize existing systems for performance and stability.
• Integrate automated testing within CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage releases and deployments in complex environments.
• Promote best practices in code quality, security, and architecture.
• Support and mentor less experienced developers.

What We're Looking For

• Fluent in French or Dutch (C1), with a good command of the other national language (B1).
• 10+ years of experience in Java development.
• Solid knowledge of Spring, Hibernate/JPA, and SQL databases (PostgreSQL,
• MySQL, Oracle).
• Hands-on experience with TDD, JUnit, Mockito, and CI/CD tools (Git, Jenkins,
• Artifactory).
• Understanding of DevOps principles and modern software delivery practices.
• Willingness to join a 24/7 support rotation after onboarding.
