IT Infrastructure Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IT Lead to oversee the implementation of automation and AI technologies in our Application Services Run team.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Incident, Service Request, and Change Request processes, as well as experience managing projects from planning to completion.

• Experience working within an Enterprise organization with a focus on service management
• Strong technical skills, including automation tools, platforms, and generative AI technologies
• Familiarity with GxP processes and PowerBI reporting

This role involves driving innovation by integrating automation and AI to streamline processes and enhance service delivery. The successful candidate will also facilitate important activities like RFP processes and external industry benchmarking.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the implementation of automation and AI technologies to streamline AMS workflows and optimize processes
• Manage vendor relationships and facilitate contract renewals, RFPs, and external benchmarking
• Monitor performance and track key actions and progress from performance reviews and steering committees
• Ensure effective knowledge transfer from project to support teams

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in a Service Management role
• Proven experience managing projects from planning to completion
• A strong understanding of automation tools, platforms, and generative AI technologies
• Familiarity with GxP processes and PowerBI reporting
