We are looking, on behalf of our client, for a Business Analyst specialized in the insurance sector to support their digital transformation and business process optimization initiatives.
As part of a dynamic team, you will contribute to strategic projects aimed at modernizing information systems, enhancing user experience, and improving operational efficiency. Acting as a key interface between business and technical teams, you will ensure a clear understanding of requirements, define functional solutions, and help implement high-value projects.
Your mission will cover a variety of contexts, including the implementation of new solutions, redesign of existing processes, and support for large-scale transformation programs.
Main Responsibilities:
- Analyze insurance business processes (life, non-life, claims, underwriting, etc.) and identify opportunities for optimization and digitalization.
- Gather, challenge, and formalize functional requirements from both business and technical teams.
- Translate business strategy and requirements into practical solutions, ensuring alignment between business processes and IT systems.
- Create and maintain functional documentation (user stories, specifications, process flows, use cases).
- Contribute to transformation projects (tool modernization, automation, system migration, process redesign).
- Coordinate internal teams (IT, business, compliance, operations) and external stakeholders (partners, vendors, consultants).
- Support users during testing, training, and adoption phases of new tools.
- Define and monitor operational performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the impact and effectiveness of implemented changes.
Profile Required:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Consultant, or Project Manager in the insurance sector.
- Solid understanding of the insurance product lifecycle.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with a structured and results-oriented approach.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present solutions to C-level stakeholders.
- Proficiency in French or Dutch and English.
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills, attention to detail, and rigor.
- Team spirit, customer-oriented mindset, and high commitment to quality.
