Our technology is designed to detect flames, smoke, and heat at an early stage in critical environments—think chemical plants, recycling facilities, and nuclear sites.

This focus has made us the international market leader in Video Based Fire Detection.

Your responsibilities:

• Proactively follow up on sales leads and projects, ensuring timely and effective communication with clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships, providing excellent after-sales service.
• Support the Sales team with your insights and input.
• Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure smooth project execution and high customer satisfaction.

Your profile:

• Highly organized and structured, with a talent for keeping projects on track.
• Excellent communication skills, adaptable to different personalities and cultures.
• A problem solver with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Able to perform well under pressure and manage stress effectively.
• Proactive, independent, and ready to take initiative.
• Curious and eager to learn, always seeking ways to improve processes.
• Fluent in Dutch, English, and French. German is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Sales, Marketing).
