We organize catering for events ranging from 40 to 3000 people. We worked with many compagnies, such as Google, BMW, ICI Paris WL, Uber, Prosche, ING Luminus, and many more entrust us with their products launches, commercial events and employees’ days.

Since 2014, our business has expanded rapidly, and we want to boost growth even further! Now, we are ready to extend our team ! 

What do we need ?  

We are looking for a Event Officer (Dutch – French – English). Someone who wants to grow with us. We are looking for a new team member to make Eating Point ready for the future. 

At the beginning of the job, you will be supervised by our Event Manager. They will show you the inner workings of the warehouse and everything to know to organized and handle events from A to Z. After that, you will be working alone as well as in a team.

The Event Officer will work in the Event & Logistics pole.  

Your main missions:  

Event & Logistics :

• Organize catering for events from A to Z for small to middle size events thanks to the tools provided ;
• Manage and coordinate suppliers & event preparation. (Venue, F&B, etc.) 
• Plan & structure the operational tasks of your events
• Be the main contact point with the client for the operationnal and logistic side of the event ;
• Compose and manage our students team during the preparation and tidying up of our events ; 
• Recruit new students to the team and make sure they have the right tools to work in an efficient way ;
• Help keep the warehouse clean ; 
• Be an ambassador of Eating Point !

If you are passionate about food production, events, and logistics, this post is for you!  

- Positive attitude and team spirit are essential for joining the team ! 

- Dutch + Professional knowledge of French. English is a plus. 

- #loveforfood : strong interest in Catering !  

- Access to the profession is a plus!  

- Versatile, flexible, organized, and stress resistant

- Class B Driver’s license. You have to be able to drive a big van. 

- Living in or near Brussels. 

- Don’t be afraid to sometimes wake up early in the morning. 

- A first professional experience is a plus !
