Job Title: Solution Designer O365

As a leading Solution Designer, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of M365-based projects and content management initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in connecting or integrating with M365, ensuring seamless workflow and maximum efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Configure and customize M365 applications and 3rd party solutions based on customer requirements
• Create functional designs for M365-based solutions
• Break down complex solutions into manageable components and estimate workloads
• Capture business needs and requirements through intake meetings and customer-facing interactions
• Develop solution documentation for client hand-over and maintenance activities
• Perform Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) activities
• Interact with M365 Admin centers to ensure security and compliance

Requirements:

You must have at least 4 years of experience working with M365 applications, with a strong focus on SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, Planner, and Viva Engage. Additionally, you should have proven experience in organizing and delivering workshops, as well as presenting and communicating effectively in a professional setting.

Desirable Skills:

• Hands-on experience with GenAI and Agentic AI
• Familiarity with Syntex, AI Builder, Enterprise Search, and RAG
• Proficiency in Dutch (C1 equivalent), French (B1 equivalent), and English (C1 equivalent)
