, you'll bridge the gap between our Finance team and the ERP development process. Working closely with stakeholders across Europe, you'll lead the roll-out of finance modules in D365 F&O, ensure process alignment, and help shape efficient, compliant financial operations across the group.

Your duties & responsibilities

• You will collaborate on projects with internal stakeholders and external suppliers. Initially as support to the external partner; later you will take the lead in the further roll-out of the finance modules of the ERP solution in the various branches.
• In doing so, you are the link between finance, business and ERP team and coordinate with various stakeholders.
• You gather the knowledge of the CORE solution build in D365 F&O, focusing on the finance modules. You take the lead in business process workshops to do FIT GAP analysis against the CORE solution for the finance related domains.
• You will be responsible for analysing and modelling the current financial processes in our various business units and departments.
• You will support the creation of new financial processes or the improvement of current financial processes.
• You follow up the delivery of projects in terms of content and validate whether the result meets expectations.
• Ensure compliance with local and group accounting standards and internal controls.

Your profile

• You have at least 3 years of relevant work experience as a finance business analyst, with a strong background in financial processes.
• You are strong at communicating to various stakeholders.
• You are analytically minded, can think critically and work independently.
• You take ownership and do not deliver half-hearted work, but where necessary you are pragmatic enough to achieve your goal.
• You have experience documenting processes, preferably using BPMN.
• Experience with
  D365 F&O
  is a must.
• Experience with Azure DevOps is a plus.
• You speak fluent English and knowledge of other languages is an asset.
• You are willing to travel to the various sites around Europe.
