High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead
We’re seeking an experienced High Voltage (HV) Technical Lead to oversee the planning, coordination, and delivery of HV electrical systems on major construction and infrastructure projects.

This role offers the opportunity to lead complex technical workstreams, collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, and ensure the safe, high-quality execution of large-scale projects

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage the full lifecycle of HV projects—from design, planning, and construction through to commissioning and handover.
Oversee design reviews, technical compliance, and approvals processes.
Coordinate with stakeholders, designers, contractors, and utility providers to ensure seamless project execution.
Ensure compliance with regional HV regulations, standards, and safety requirements.
Identify and manage project risks to maintain quality, safety, and schedule performance.
Champion best practices in health, safety, and environmental (HSE) management within HV operations.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to project teams.

About You

Proven experience delivering HV electrical systems on large or complex construction or infrastructure projects.
Strong background in engineering or construction, ideally with a focus on HV or energy infrastructure.
Familiarity with relevant industry codes, standards, and regulatory frameworks.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and detail-oriented approach.
Deep understanding of commissioning practices, utility protocols, and safety standards for HV systems.
