As a European HR Business Partner, you will act as the key HR point of contact for your region and play a central role in supporting business growth and talent development across Europe.
This position combines local autonomy, strategic impact, and international collaboration.
Role
- Advise and support managers on all HR-related matters: recruitment, performance, development, employee relations, etc.
- Deploy and adapt the group HR strategy across multiple European countries.
- Ensure compliance with both local and European employment legislation.
- Participate in cross-functional HR projects at group level (internal mobility, talent management, company culture, etc.).
- Travel regularly across Europe (at least twice a month) to maintain close contact with local teams and ensure proactive HR support.
Profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an HR Business Partner, ideally within a scale-up or fast-growing international environment.
- Excellent command of English (working language). Knowledge of Dutch, French, or any other European language is an asset.
- Strong expertise in employment law, managerial advisory, and strategic HR.
- A business-oriented, agile, and pragmatic mindset, with the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic setting.
