Account Manager


We are currently partnering with a global leader in diagnostic imaging that's expanding its footprint in Belgium. We're looking for a proven Account Manager to take ownership of the ultrasound business across the assigned territory.

This is a strategic commercial role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, clinically driven environment and knows how to open doors, influence stakeholders, and deliver consistent growth. You'll be joining a high-performing organization with a strong brand reputation, advanced technology, and a clear commitment to clinical excellence.

The Role

You'll be responsible for driving sales of a market-leading ultrasound portfolio across hospitals and other healthcare institutions. This includes identifying new opportunities, managing key accounts, and developing long-term relationships with decision-makers and clinicians.

Key focus areas:

  • Achieve or exceed regional revenue targets.
  • Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to post-sale follow-up.
  • Partner with the Clinical Applications Team to deliver product demos, installations, and training.
  • Build strategic relationships with physicians and hospital management teams.
  • Leverage CRM tools (Salesforce) for accurate forecasting and pipeline management.
  • Represent the company at key trade shows and industry events.

We're looking for a driven, relationship-focused professional with:

  • A strong track record in medical device or healthcare technology sales, ideally with capital equipment or imaging systems.
  • Solid understanding of the hospital sales process and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Excellent commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
  • High energy, self-motivation, and a results-oriented mindset.
  • Fluent Dutch and good level of French
  • Willingness to travel regionally.
