Customer Success Manager


At Salesflare, our goal is to make our customers successful at organizing and automating their sales, and to help them handle their own customers in the best possible way.


We go above and beyond what is expected of us to help our customers achieve these goals by being by our customers’ side and by educating and helping them on all of these aspects.


We are looking for someone who can take care of our customers full-time and really build out Salesflare’s customer and product experience.


In this job, you have two main responsibilities:

  1. Lead Management / Sales - Following up with leads from the moment they reach out to us/sign up for a trial until the moment they subscribe.
  2. Customer Success - Continuing to help and educate existing teams to ensure they are using Salesflare to the fullest ability with the goal of satisfying customers, making them more successful with their own customers, and reducing churn. 


Optionally, this role can be extended into marketing or product responsibilities, depending on your personal profile.


These responsibilities require:

  • Helping customers live through the live chat and video calls
  • Offering demo calls for interested customers as well as training & check-in calls for existing customers
  • Keeping track of leads/customer’s feature requests and problems & representing them in product meetings
  • Working together with the development team to solve their issues
  • Creating content to help leads and customers better understand the software (e.g. how-to articles/guides, demo videos, webinars, …)
  • Spearheading business development projects to improve customer experience and improve overall company growth
  • Any other possible initiatives that can help customers work better with Salesflare and minimize misuse or misunderstanding


The ideal person for this job:

  • Is an excellent English writer and speaker (Spanish is a big plus)
  • Loves being in touch with customers
  • Likes to try out new software & knows their way around a computer (gaining in-depth knowledge of Salesflare will be crucial, and gaining knowledge of other software will be helpful)
  • Likes thinking about how to build better software and improve user experiences
  • Likes creating content in different formats
  • Likes teaching things to other people and/or has teaching experience
  • Likes going above and beyond to help customers
  • Is interested in sales

Salesflare is located very close to the Antwerp Central Station, easily reachable by public transport, bike, or car + bike. We’re currently working in a hybrid setting, working from the office with the team only on Wednesdays.
