Founded in January 2017, Machinerycash is a dynamic company specializing in the brokerage of used construction, lifting and material handling equipment between professionals. With a business volume of over €17 million in 2024 and double-digit growth every single year since its creation, we’re now active in 7 countries — and still expanding fast.


Our mission is simple: help dealers and rental companies sell their used machinery with peace of mind, while securing buyback prices through our powerful web application.


We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager — someone ambitious, results-driven, and ready to play a key role in our growth.


Your mission:

• Grow our existing customer portfolio

• Accelerate the acquisition of new dealers and rental companies in France and Belgium

• Contribute directly to Machinerycash’s revenue growth

Roles & responsibilities :

• Account management : Maintain and further develop strong business relationships with Machinerycash’s existing client portfolio.

• Business development : Identify and directly engage with high-potential construction, lifting, and material-handling equipment dealers, traders, and rental companies :

o Reach out by phone to schedule meetings and create business opportunities.

o Travel as needed (around 4 trips per month) to meet customers face-to-face, present Machinerycash’s solutions, and convince them to join our platform and start trading their used machinery.

o Negotiate and close deals, consistently meeting or exceeding quarterly sales targets.


Requirements :

• Proven sales experience, ideally within the construction, machinery, accessories, agricultural, spare parts, or automotive industries, or a minimum 3-year business degree (or equivalent).

• Languages requirements: Professional French, English and Dutch. German is a plus.

• Able to work independently while collaborating effectively within a team.

• Confident and persuasive communicator, with a strong telephone presence.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Strong listening and presentation abilities.

• Capable of prioritising tasks and managing time efficiently.

• Good working knowledge of PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
