* Recruitment Support: Collaborate with the HR Senior Officer, assisting with the end-to-end recruitment process for various positions.
* Training & Development: Play a critical role in implementing and monitoring the corporate training programs, offering guidance to management and employees on training initiatives.
* Compensation & Benefits: Support the payroll and time-management processes, contributing to compensation and benefits frameworks alongside the HR Support Officer.
* General HR Support: Provide input or backup to various HR-related activities on request, ensuring smooth operations within the HR department.
