Project Manager senior Within a dynamic Agile organization, you will join a multidisciplinary environment combining Marketing, IT, and Business expertise. Acting as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, you ensure the delivery of efficient, compliant, and future-proof digital solutions. Mission As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of large-scale IT projects—from initiation to transfer-to-service—while ensuring alignment with business needs, corporate standards, and security requirements. You will drive coordination across teams, manage scope, budget, and timelines, and foster collaboration between internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery and measurable business outcomes. Key responsibilities Project & delivery management Lead complex projects or programs using both Waterfall and Agile methodologies Define acceptance criteria, readiness measures, and ensure alignment with business objectives Steer multidisciplinary teams (functional and technical) to deliver high-quality outcomes on time Manage project planning, resource allocation, and risk mitigation in coordination with Chapter Leads Ensure timely decision-making across all impacted parties and maintain continuous stakeholder engagement Quality & compliance Guarantee that all deliverables comply with internal governance, GDPR, and cybersecurity standards Oversee testing strategy, data migration, and cutover planning (including Dry Runs, ETL validation) Ensure service documentation (SLA, BA, TOM, etc.) is updated and validated Change & communication Lead change management activities: communication, training, and transition to operations Ensure stakeholder alignment throughout the transformation Provide clear, concise reporting to the Sponsor and Steering Committee, including Go/No-Go recommendations Profile Minimum 10 years of experience in Project Management within IT and/or business transformation environments Proven experience managing both Waterfall and Agile projects Strong functional understanding of IT processes and digital ecosystems Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills across all levels of the organization Fluent in French, English, and Dutch (written and spoken) Familiar with GDPR, Cybersecurity, and corporate governance requirements Soft skills Strong leadership and influencing capabilities Solution-driven and structured mindset Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with composure Excellent facilitation and negotiation skills
