We're looking for a Data Platform & Insights Lead who doesn't just design solutions—you build them. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll transform our legacy data warehouse into a modern, cloud-native, self-service analytics platform that empowers smarter, faster decisions.

What you bring:

• Proven experience in data engineering, BI development, or analytics architecture
• Strong skills in SQL, data modeling, and building scalable data pipelines
• Familiarity with modern cloud architectures and self-service BI principles
• Excellent communication and ability to work across business and technical domains
• Fluent in English; Dutch/French is a plus
