Key Responsibilities:
- Campaign Implementation: Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns tailored to the local market, ensuring maximum ROI.
- Demand Generation: Leverage Solventum's solutions to generate qualified leads, develop local communication strategies, and participate in relevant events and congresses.
- Marketing Planning: Contribute to the marketing planning process, taking ownership of the annual marketing activity calendar for Belgium/Netherlands.
- Market Insights: Continuously monitor and gather insights on market trends, customer needs, and industry developments to inform marketing strategies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with various internal departments to align on objectives with overall business goals.
Profile:
To succeed in this role, you will possess:
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a product management or country marketing role within the healthcare industry.
- In-depth knowledge of the Belgian/Dutch healthcare system.
- Proven expertise in marketing planning, product launches, and the execution of integrated marketing campaigns.
- Strong organizational and influencing skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to cultivate effective relationships across teams.
Preferred Skills:
- Affinity with digital marketing strategy and techniques.
- Working experience in both hospital and out-of-hospital markets.
