Learning Developer Job Description
Our client is seeking a talented Learning Developer to design and create engaging learning solutions. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing interactive online training modules that equip personnel with the knowledge and guidance needed to meet quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop online training modules using Articulate 360 (Storyline, Rise) incorporating gamification and e-Learning best practices
- Enhance training experiences through video creation, editing, and visual design using tools like Vyond, Synthesia, MS Clipchamp, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Promote and support the integration of AI tools in training design and share best practices with the team
- Participate in learning needs analysis with stakeholders and SMEs to define effective learning strategies
- Manage assigned projects end-to-end, identifying risks and escalating when needed
- Coordinate translation of training content with external providers
- Collaborate with the Learning Operations team to implement and launch training in the LMS
- Communicate and promote training updates to relevant stakeholders
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Solid understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design, and e-Learning methodologies
- Creative mindset to design engaging learning experiences
- Proficiency in Articulate 360 and other authoring tools
- Strong skills in video production and visual design
- Ability to manage and challenge stakeholders on content and learning approach
- Excellent project management and organisational skills
