Job Title: Senior Business Systems Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Business Systems Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for analyzing and improving business processes and systems.

1. Job Description:
   In this role, you will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that business needs are accurately translated into functional specifications.
2. Main Responsibilities:

• Analyze existing processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Contribute to the design of digital solutions that enhance communication and centralize information.
• Work on an existing traffic management application being further developed and improved through phased project delivery.

Key Requirements:

• Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in business management, information technology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience as a Functional Analyst.
• Demonstrated experience in traffic management systems, preferably within the railway sector.

• Technical Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or equivalent requirement management tools.

• Languages:

• English: Mandatory working language within the team.
• French and/or Dutch: Essential for effective stakeholder communication.
