Job Title: IT Service Delivery Manager

Talencia is currently looking for a Service Delivery Manager to lead one of their projects in Belgium.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set the overall technical vision and high-level design for application solutions


• Collaborate with development vendors and ensure architecture deliverables are high-quality and consistent


• Identify opportunities for reuse and standardize patterns for common solutions


• Evaluate system architectures and define target state architectures and transitional roadmaps


• Review application and solution designs delivered by teams and contribute to enterprise architecture governance

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Solution Architect, including proven experience creating architecture solution visions and high-level designs


• Proficiency in UML and BPMN; understanding ArchiMate is desirable


• Experience with Java, Python, and Spring Boot


• Proven experience working on reverse engineering processes


• Strong experience in an IT Service Management environment, including ITIL and IT Security Awareness


• Working knowledge of software development tools and methodologies, including CI/CD, Infrastructure-as-Code, and DevOps/DevSecOps

About the Project:

The consultant will function as an Application Solutions Architect within the Applications Team. Their main role is to set the overall technical vision and high-level design for application solutions, collaborating with both the company's in-house and outsourced development vendors.
