Function
The mission of the day shifts will be focused on preventive maintenance as well as strengthening the technical presence during planned shutdowns. Day shifts will also be able to support shift shifts in the event of a major outage.
Reporting to the Technical Supervisor Team, your mission is to carry out the tasks assigned to you safely and as efficiently as possible.
Your tasks will include:
- Participate in maintenance operations (preventive and curative) of equipment in order to minimize production stoppages;
- Collaborate in the commissioning of new equipment in order to familiarize yourself with the technical aspects of new facilities;
- Provide technical assistance to production/packaging staff, so that equipment is used optimally;
- Maintain the clean and orderly work environment, in accordance with the applicable health, safety, quality and environmental guidelines;
- Write and record your technical intervention reports on time and according to the expected quality criteria;
- Support production/packaging staff in carrying out first level maintenance tasks (OAC, Planned Maintenance);
- Participate in technical and/or operational routines and meetings to ensure a continuous improvement process for your team, communicate objectives and provide feedback;
- Analyze the risks in terms of safety, quality, environment before each of your interventions, fill in the associated documents (LMRA [Last Minute Risk Analysis], work permit, line release, etc.) and take the necessary measures to meet the rules updated by the company.
Profile- You have completed technically-oriented studies (Level A1 or A2+7th qualification in electromechanics);
- You have technical knowledge in electricity, automation, mechanics, pneumatics, boiler room, refrigeration and instrumentation and are curious to develop your skills continuously;
- You share your technical knowledge with your colleagues in order to help them develop and create a competent technical team together;
- You are familiar with activities in an industrial environment, ideally with similar experience;
- You are in good physical condition because you have had to work in various positions and temperature conditions (fridges, ovens);
- You are recognized for your rigor, your autonomy, your structure, your organization and your team spirit.
