Excel Careers and Excel Interim provide multilingual administrative support staff to companies across all sectors, specializing in profiles such as Receptionists, Management Assistants, Executive / Personal Assistants, HR Assistants, Sales & Marketing Assistants, Office Managers, Customer Service Representatives and Digital Marketing Officers. We provide both permanent and interim contracts.

We are currently recruiting a Team Assistant for one of our clients, an international firm located in Antwerp to play a coordinating role which is of key importance in their organization.


  • You will be in charge of transmitting information to clients
  • You will handle the distribution of circular letters and organize the documents received in the audit program
  • You will take part in the engagement planning process
  • You will assist in the preparation of all audit reports, including those for the workers' council, legal missions, and expert reports
  • You will help prepare tenders for new audit engagements
  • You will generate various internal reports for the training department and provide secretarial assistance as needed
  • You will utilize various planning tools
  • You will offer secretarial support to our partners and assist in the logistical management of the office

  • You hold a Bachelor's degree in Office Management, a Master's degree in Languages or have an equivalent in experience; Experience in a similar position is a plus
  • You have an excellent spoken and written knowledge of French and English
  • You manage MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Microsoft Teams)
  • Your organizational skills, motivation and flexibility are your prime skills for a successful approach to this fascinating job
