Assisting the Finance Manager with data entry, VAT declarations and account reconciliations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date financial records. Collaborating with team members to ensure compliance with internal financial policies and procedures. Assisting in preparing financial reports and summaries. Organising files and helping with the year-end closing. Experience in finance and administration. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Knowledge of SAP is an asset. Proficiency in English. French or Dutch is an asset. Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills.
