About you :

• You hold a Master's degree in Law and have strong expertise in corporate and business law
• You have 8+ years' experience as a lawyer or legal advisor in a multidisciplinary setting
• You are analytical, proactive, and entrepreneurial, with solid drafting and negotiation skills
• You manage projects effectively and communicate with clarity and confidence
• You are fluent in Dutch or French, with excellent command of English
