Production And Maintenance Manager

This is a dual-responsibility role. The first four months will be in a Production Manager position, in charge of a team of 15 production personnel, ensuring that production and machinery are running smoothly, identifying problems and finding solutions. The following 8 months will be spent as a Maintenance Engineer, looking after static machinery in the plant.

• 5 years' experience in Maintenance positions
• Working history in the FMCG industry
• Mechanical engineering degree/background
• Experience managing a small team
• French mandatory, English beneficial
• Strong leadership skills
