Description

• Lead, coach and develop your team to reach their full potential.

Profile

• You have at least a bachelor's level of thinking and have 3-5 years of relevant experience in people management.
• You are fluent in three languages.
• Experience in fleet is a big plus.
• You know how to gain the trust of both customers and colleagues.
• You are a natural communicator, coach and active listener.
• You motivate and inspire others with a positive attitude.
• You can remain professional, resilient and solution-oriented under pressure.
• You take responsibility and keep appointments.
