About the Role

We're looking for a Go-To-Market Engineer: someone who connects technology, sales, and creativity into one streamlined GTM engine.
You're half strategist, half builder.

You automate workflows, design smarter outbound cycles, and craft messaging that stands out.

You'll help our clients scale their commercial processes with the right mix of AI, automation, and creativity.

In short: you bridge commercial strategy, creative storytelling, and technical execution.

What You'll Do
  • Design and implement go-to-market workflows: from demand generation to nurturing and sales enablement.
  • Build automations using tools like Clay, Lemlist, n8n, Webflow, and you experiment with AI agents via Claude Code or Cursor.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to create stand-out outbound campaigns and bold messaging.
  • Design pitch decks, outreach flows, and GTM dashboards that accelerate learning and improve conversion.
  • Integrate and maintain tools such as HubSpot and other CRM or ops systems.
  • Spot creative opportunities to streamline, personalize, or reinvent processes and then build the solution.
You Are Someone Who...
  • Thinks commercially, technically, and creatively: you understand sales logic but think in systems and stories.
  • Gets energy from tools, automation, and AI (Clay, Lemlist, n8n, HubSpot, Claude Code, …).
  • Has a creative edge: you love to experiment with ideas, content, and formats to make automation feel human.
  • Can switch easily between thinking and doing: strategy on Monday, building on Tuesday.
  • Has strong communication and storytelling skills, whether in a deck, message, or pitch.
  • Has a natural drive to optimize, experiment, and make things stand out.
  • Has experience in B2B sales, growth, product marketing or marketing automation (or the mindset to learn it fast).
