One2Treat's mission
 is to enable a more holistic evaluation of treatment effects by integrating all key patient-relevant outcomes into a single comprehensive assessment of the Net Treatment Benefit.

To this end, One2Treat is developing 
an integrated SaaS platform
 composed of multiple apps, designed to bring patient-centricity to the heart of clinical research. The first app, 
One2Treat Voice
, focuses on 
capturing patient preferences
 through targeted surveys, helping identify and prioritize the outcomes that matter most to participants. The second app, 
One2Treat Insights
, enables pharma R&D teams to analyze and interpret clinical trial data as well as inform and document strategic decision-making based on the totality of evidence from their randomized clinical trial data. By combining these tools, One2Treat supports smarter clinical trial design and more informed benefit-risk treatment assessments — ultimately aligning clinical development objectives with what truly matters to patients.

Your responsibilities:

We are seeking a 
Full Stack Developer
 with a strong drive to enhance the UX/UI experience for medical professionals. You will begin by taking ownership of the front-end implementation of our software, One2Treat Insights, initially focusing on daily maintenance and gradually advancing to the development of new features.

As you become more familiar with the full technology stack, you will progressively take charge of backend configuration and contribute to maintaining and evolving the statistical computation core in alignment with research needs. Throughout this process, you will collaborate closely with the product team and biostatisticians, proposing innovative improvements and technological solutions that reflect your creativity and passion for innovation.

What You'll do:

Frontend Development

• Ensure the stability, performance, and maintainability of the user interface
• Implement UI/UX updates aligned with evolving customer needs and the product team's vision
• Propose and deliver enhancements to improve usability, accessibility, and responsiveness

Application backend development

• Contribute to backend development to ensure secure and efficient integration with the frontend
• Focus on computational performance and scalable, well-structured implementations

Statistical algorithm integration

• Collaborate with the product team and biostatisticians to foster innovation and deliver pragmatic, user-focused solutions. Ensure the biostatistics framework is a powerful and meaningful asset of the software, without over-complexifying the user journey of medical users

• Progressive ramp-up:

• Understand the statistical concepts driving product innovation and clinical trial design

• Adapt and improve statistical algorithms for robustness and clarity.
  Maintain clear, version-controlled documentation for audits and operations

Technologies requirements:

• Frontend:
  Angular (required), and React (nice to have)
• Backend:

Django REST Framework (required), Celery, PostgreSQL, RabbitMQ/Redis (nice to have)
- Other:

Python (for statistical algorithms), GitHub, Docker

What we're looking for:

• Master's degree in computer sciences with 5+ years of experience in a full-stack position, ideally in a start-up
• Good UX/UI experience with a keen eye for visual quality and detail
• Ability to translate complex requirements into intuitive, elegant and user-friendly interfaces

Nice to have:

• Experience working in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, medtech, healthtech)
• Strong interest and active involvement in latest AI/ML development and best practices
• Experience in start-up environment
