Liu Jo is looking for an Assistant Store Manager for our Store situated in knokke

The candidate will have the following duties:

• Provide support for all operational and management activities of the store;
• Take care of assisted sales, incentivize sales, and improve profits through team cooperation;
• Motivate and train new entry sales assistants;
• Monitor the store KPIs to improve the store's success;
• Ensure that the store has a pleasant aesthetic, in line with the brand’s visual merchandising policies.

Skills

The required skills are:

• Experience in the fashion industry with medium-high-end women’s clothing brands;
• The tendency for coordination and teamwork;
• Engaging and empathetic communication style;
• Result oriented;
• Problem-solving skills;
• Interest in fashion and related trends;
• Languages: flemish and english, french is a plus;
• Residency near the workplace is preferred.
