The Opportunity

Kodastaff is supporting a major S/4HANA Greenfield transformation within Belgium’s transport and maintenance sector, and we’re looking for a highly experienced SAP EWM/QM Specialist to join the team.

You’ll work within the Sherpa Program, a large-scale digital transformation initiative focused on modernising the SAP landscape that manages logistics operations and rolling stock maintenance. The role combines hands-on delivery with solution design, enhancement work, and close collaboration with key business stakeholders.

This is a long-term, high-impact project where you’ll help shape the future of logistics and maintenance processes within one of Belgium’s flagship S/4HANA environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver and implement major changes and projects within current and future SAP EWM solutions.
• Advise the business on SAP supply chain best practices and contribute to solution roadmaps.
• Lead Blueprint and Detail Design workshops, translating business requirements into functional specifications.
• Work closely with ABAP developers, providing guidance, reviewing technical designs, and performing debugging when necessary.
• Prepare User Requirement Specifications (URS) and detailed Functional Specifications for system enhancements.
• Execute unit testing, coordinate integration and acceptance testing, and support go-live and hypercare.
• Create and deliver training materials for key and end users.
• Ensure smooth integration between EWM, QM, PM, MM, SD, and PP modules.

Skills and Experience

• 15+ years of hands-on experience across SAP SCM modules, with at least 3 full lifecycle implementations in SAP EWM.
• Proven configuration and setup experience in SAP QM within industrial or maintenance environments.
• Strong EWM customizing skills and practical experience with RF/UI solutions in warehousing.
• Good working knowledge of ABAP debugging, functional & technical specification writing.
• Familiarity with SAP interfacing (EDI, ODATA, CIG).
• Experience with serialization, equipment handling, and automated warehouse integration.
• Exposure to Jira, Confluence, and ARIS tools.
• Integration experience between EWM and PMR/delivery-based production processes.
• Trilingual – fluent in Dutch OR French and English (written and spoken).
• Willingness to work on-site in Belgium (typically Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday).
