Partner Development Assistant / Sales Trainee

to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales and partnership management in a fast-paced, young, and international environment.

What You'll Do

As a core member of the sales team, you'll actively contribute to our partner and customer acquisition strategy. You will help to:

  • Support partner relationship management:
     assist in identifying, onboarding, and nurturing relationships with strategic partners and resellers.
  • Conduct market research:
     identify new business opportunities, market trends, and potential partners.
  • Collaborate on sales materials:
     help prepare presentations, one-pagers, and case studies tailored to potential partners.
  • Assist in CRM management:
     maintain partner and lead data accuracy, follow up on ongoing opportunities, and support reporting activities.
  • Coordinate with Marketing:
     align sales and marketing efforts to develop joint campaigns, events, and co-marketing opportunities.
  • Support event participation:
     help organize and prepare for partner meetings, trade shows, and industry events across Europe.

What You'll Learn

You'll get hands-on experience in how a growing tech company builds partnerships and develops sales opportunities. You'll gain practical skills in:

  • B2B sales strategy and partner management.
  • Negotiation and relationship-building.
  • CRM and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar).
  • Business development and lead generation.
  • Cross-functional collaboration between sales and marketing.

Who You Are

  • Currently studying 
    Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication
    , or a related field.
  • Tech Savvy with a keen interest for retail technologies (POS, CRM, PSP,etc)
  • Curious, proactive, and goal-oriented
    , with a strong interest in B2B sales and partnership development.
  • Fluent in English and French
     (Dutch is a plus).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working with digital tools (CRM, Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of HubSpot or similar is a plus).
