Infinitum Family Office is an independent, research-driven multi-family office in growth mode. We analyze and oversee a broad spectrum of public and private investments for a select group of families. With a small, entrepreneurial team, we work closely together and build sustainable, long-term relationships with our clients.

Your role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Investment Analyst or more seasoned Investment Associate to strengthen our team (2–5 years of experience).

Your responsibilities will include:

• Research (±40%): analyzing academic papers, macro and market research, investment committee materials, and updates on emerging asset classes (e.g. crypto, CLO’s, ABS, etc.), and translating these insights into actionable quantitative and qualitative investment frameworks or models.
• Analysis & reporting (±40%): monitoring traditional (equities/bonds) and private asset fund portfolios, producing cost and risk/return analyses (i.a. Sharpe Ratio’s), supporting the production of quarterly consolidated reports, and conducting ad-hoc investment analyses.
• General tasks (±20%): administration, compliance, and contributing to our knowledge base.

What we are looking for

• Master’s degree in finance, (applied) economics, business engineering, or business administration.
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in portfolio/asset management, or a family office environment.
• Strong analytical and quantitative skills; coding (Python) and AI productivity skills are a strong plus.
• Genuine interest in financial markets and a habit of following financial news daily.
• Independent, detail-oriented, flexibille, a drive for top-quality work, and above all, a long-term mindset.
• Affinity with academic research and the ability to translate it into practical insights/models.
• Fluent in Dutch and English is a must (oral and written); French is a strong plus.
• Available on-site in Zaventem minimum 3 days/week.
