Headquartered in Antwerp — the beating heart of the global diamond trade — our commercial operations are expanding rapidly. We’re looking for a Jewellery Sales Executive - Wholesale & B2B who’s ready to grow with us, bringing luxury clients into our story and helping them succeed through ours.

Headquartered in Antwerp with offices in Dubai and Mumbai, and operating cutting‑edge production facilities in Valenza, Italy (jewelry) and Namibia (diamonds), we marry time‑honored expertise with forward‑looking design and meticulous quality control.

Committed to sharing our vision globally, we exhibit at premier industry events—including Haute Jewels Genève, GEM Genève, Vicenzaoro, and the Hong Kong Gem Show—to showcase our latest collections and connect with discerning partners.


📈 What You’ll Do


  • Identify and pursue new B2B clients across Europe — Specifically retail and wholesale
  • Maintain and expand relationships with existing partners
  • Coordinate with our production team in Valenza to ensure timely delivery and quality
  • Manage invoices, payment tracking, and financial follow-up
  • Represent Pace at major trade fairs (Italy, Switzerland, Hong Kong, etc.)
  • Act as the commercial face of Pace in the European market


👤 Who You Are


  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience in jewellery, luxury, fashion, or related sectors
  • Fluent in English; and of the following are highly valued: French, Italian or Spanish
  • Based in or willing to relocate to Antwerp, Belgium
  • Commercially astute, highly independent, and confident in client-facing environments
  • Willing and able to travel frequently for trade fairs and client meetings
