We accelerate AI adoption, define governance, and help business domains unlock value from data and AI at scale. We're here to ensure AI doesn't just happen in pockets — it becomes an integral part of how Telenet operates.

Now, we're expanding our GenAI cluster, and we're looking for an experienced, visionary leader to help shape the next chapter of Telenet's AI journey

Your tasks as a Product Owner Boost & AI Consultancy

• In this role, you act as Telenet's internal AI strategy and enablement partner, translating ambition into action, experimentation into adoption, and data into impact.
• Bring thought leadership on the rapidly evolving AI and GenAI landscape. Advise and inspire senior leaders on where and how AI can truly transform their business. Identify and prioritize high-value GenAI opportunities across functions.
• Translate business challenges into structured AI opportunities. Shape the AI operating model, governance, and capability roadmap that make innovation scalable. Define what "good GenAI adoption" looks like for Telenet — from ideation to execution.
• Develop a company-wide AI roadmap that aligns with our strategic objectives. Partner with business leaders to embed AI into the fabric of their domain strategies, ensuring value creation across the enterprise.
• Lead the creation of AI proofs of concept and experimentation initiatives — from GenAI copilots to automation pilots and domain-specific AI tools. Work hand-in-hand with multidisciplinary teams to validate impact, capture learnings, and scale what works.
• Act as an internal GenAI consultant to business units — advising on the latest tools, techniques, and technologies they can use to elevate performance, productivity, and customer experience.
• Guide and empower data strategists and AI specialists. Build a culture of curiosity, experimentation, and continuous learning across the Data Tribe and beyond.

The ideal Product Owner Boost & AI Consultancy

• You combine the mindset of a strategist with the hands-on drive of an innovator.
• Strategic thinker with a sharp understanding of how AIand particularly GenAI, can unlock business value.
• Strong communicator and storyteller, skilled at simplifying complex concepts and inspiring action at senior levels.
• Proven track record in management consulting or corporate transformation.
• Experience with AI strategy, change management, and operating model design.
• Deep curiosity for emerging GenAI tools and applications, and the ability to translate them into concrete business impact.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills in complex organizations.
• Comfortable leading multidisciplinary teams and managing multiple pilots simultaneously.
• Fluent in English and Dutch.
• Master's degree (or equivalent by experience) with + 5 years of relevant experience in strategy, consulting, AI adoption, or digital transformation.
