As FORWARD continues to grow and support an expanding portfolio of clients, we're looking for talented Salesforce Developers to join our CRM Team.

In this role, you'll collaborate with a passionate group of professionals, helping businesses across various industries—retail, automotive, healthcare, and more—achieve their digital transformation goals. You'll be at the forefront of implementing Salesforce solutions, driving innovation, and empowering our clients to succeed in their journeys.

What will you be doing?

• Analyze, gather, and prioritize client business requirements to deliver customized solutions.
• Translate business needs into efficient and scalable technical designs and processes.
• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Developers, and Project Managers to ensure successful multi-cloud implementations within time, budget, and scope.
• Communicate clearly with clients and manage their expectations throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply Salesforce best practices to develop and implement robust solutions.
• Deliver high-quality solutions that exceed client expectations in both functionality and service.
• Provide training and create documentation to empower clients to use Salesforce platforms effectively.
• Share expertise and mentor team members to promote continuous learning and growth.

Your profile

• Based in Belgium or The Netherlands.
• European citizenship or valid work permit needed.
• Dutch and English speaking.
• Proficient in Salesforce development using Apex, LWC, and integrations.
• Familiarity with version control systems and CI/CD tools.
• Minimum of 5 years of Salesforce development experience.
• Salesforce Admin and Platform Developer I certifications (required).
• Additional certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Field Service, or Platform Developer II) are a plus.
• Motivated, goal-oriented, and thrives on challenges.
• Strong organizational skills and excels in teamwork.
• Confident leader with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Excellent client relationship and communication skills.
• Quick learner with the ability to adapt to new technologies.
• Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, independent thinker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
