As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in bridging business needs with technical solutions. /ppYour primary responsibility will be to lead the analysis and design of HR and payroll transformation workstreams. This will involve gathering, documenting, and validating business requirements from various stakeholders, including HR, Finance, and IT teams. /ppYou will also be responsible for mapping current payroll processes and identifying gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
