Project Manager – Electrical (LV/ELV)

Salary: €87,400 to €144,000

Location: Charleroi, Walloon Region, Belgium

The Opportunity

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced LV/ELV Project Manager to oversee the delivery of low voltage and extra low voltage systems on a mission-critical data centre construction project. Acting on behalf of the client, you will manage the full lifecycle of electrical works — ensuring high-quality execution, regulatory compliance, and effective coordination across all project stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Project Leadership

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of LV/ELV systems, from design coordination through commissioning and handover.
• Drive project milestones, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to scope.

Stakeholder Management

• Act as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
• Maintain clear, consistent communication to ensure alignment across all stakeholders.
• Represent both client and consultancy interests during technical and commercial discussions.

Quality & Compliance

• Ensure all electrical installations comply with relevant local and international standards.
• Uphold safety requirements and enforce the company’s quality standards.
• Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance, safety, and workmanship.

Risk Management

• Identify and mitigate project risks related to LV/ELV systems.
• Monitor project progress, addressing issues proactively to prevent delays or cost overruns.

Team Collaboration

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including mechanical, civil, and IT specialists.
• Support integrated design and delivery solutions for complex, high-performance data centre environments.

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years’ experience in electrical project management, ideally within data centre or other mission-critical environments.
• Proven technical expertise in LV and ELV systems.
• Strong understanding of European electrical standards and regulations.
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects from inception to completion.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; fluency in English (French is advantageous).
• Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is desirable.
• Proactive, detail-focused, and committed to high-quality delivery in fast-paced environments.
