About you
- You enjoy engaging with customers and providing excellent service,
- British English speaker with a good understanding of Dutch; knowledge of other languages is a plus,
- Strong administrative skills with great attention to detail,
- A hands-on mentality and eagerness to learn,
- You thrive under tight deadlines and fast-paced work,
- A true team player, adaptable to new environments,
- Proficient in PC and social media; experience with ERP systems (e.g. SAP) or graphic software is an advantage,
- Willing to work daily from our headquarters in Retie, Belgium.
Your role in the team
- Ensure top-notch service for our UK market by managing orders from A to Z, including production tracking, shipping, and after-sales support.
- Create basic print previews and coordinate with clients,
- Maintain friendly and professional customer communication via email, webshop, phone, or social media.
